I am considering Changing the Cpu from i3 to i5 or i7 (if I find a good deal) I have just installed 4 more Gigs of Ram (totaling 8 Gigs) The Bios I see as the latest says "Updates CPU Module from 8.00.15_CPU-i7_01.0C to 8.00.15_CPU-i7_01.0F and Disable Intel Enhanced Debug mode." (No idea what this refers to). Secondly, the Operating system there is stating for windows 7-32bit and 64bit.
I have seen that there are about 2 updates to the Bios on the update page but since there is a warning to be careful, I always hesistate.ġ reason is that the Acer update software never tells me that I need to update the Bios.
I am sorry if this is not the correct place. I see "Bios Update Question" so i thought to post my question here.
